Built in U.V. tube work table is Illuminated by flourescent light. Whole LAF cabinet is fitted on detachable table of M.S. powder coated/enamel paint. Front door can be kept full open/half open, fully closed as desired. Fume Hood is fabricated of Stainless Steel/Mild Steel. It is designed so as to throw out all toxic/harmful vapors & fumes thus protecting costly instruments and the persons working in the lab. Working table top is acid/alkali resistant and a small wash basin with connections provided for inlet and outlet of water. The front door moves vertically up and down with concealed counter balanced weights. The unit is fitted with fluorescent light and a gas cock for gas/air supply. The tray dryer is the device used for drying of the wet products like crude drugs, chemicals, dry fruits, vegetables, coconut, fish, powders or the granules etc. The best type of a tray dryer or tray drying
machine is that of the directed circulation form, in which the air is heated and is directed across the material in a controlled flow. The material to be dried is spread on the trays. The trays used have solid, perforated or wire mesh bottoms. In a modern tray dryers a uniform temperature and air is maintained by the use of a well insulated cabinet with strategically placed fans and heating coils. There is an alternate arrangement of the shelves so that air can flow uniformly without any obstructions. Heater is fixed in such a way that the air is reheated before passing over each shelf. When the air passes over each shelf a certain amount of heat is given up to provide latent heat of vaporization. We also make customized tray dryers at economical price for customers that may have unique requirements. We can customize the chamber size and make the Exact unit that suits their needs in addition.

Double walled, inner chamber made of non-rustable SS304/202, outer body made of MS duly powder coated. 3.0” gap between the walls is filled with glass/mineral wool. Three heating elements made from the best quality nickel chromium wire are used on refractory supports. The elements work at black heat and have a very long life. Covered heaters are placed under ribs at the bottom and sides. This arrangement ensures equal uniform distribution of heat. Temperature is controlled by Digital Temperature Indicator cum controller upto 250° C. Air circulating fan for uniformity of temperature. Fitted with air ventilators on the sides of the oven. Perforated SS shelves, 3 core wire and plug for use on 220 Volts A/C.

Seed Germinator is made in double walled construction using convection process based heating as well as cooling units, further for durable performance, the outer body is constructed using thick mild steel sheets that come duly powder coated so as to provide for optimum process support, further the inner chambers of seed germinators are developed using heavy guage stainless stell sheet of SS-304/202 grade. The complete unit is mounted on sturdy steel frame and can as also be made available with customized parameters as desired by the customers. Provided with castor wheels for easy movement.
